Last night’s workout was ridiculous, and I loved it.
For my training session we did something called The Tens.
-10 push ups
-10 mountain climbers
-10 up downs
We did as many as we could in 23 minutes. I did eight rounds. I kept a steady pace at the start and then added speed each round. I know I could have done more if I would have started out faster.
So if you want to kick your own ass, try The Tens. Next time I’m going to push myself harder. My goal is to make myself cry or puke, whatever comes first.
